Information clause for customers

Based on Article. 13 section 1 and section 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR), we would like to inform you about the principles of processing your personal data and your related rights.

 

1. Purposes and grounds for processing:

Your personal data will be processed on the basis of applicable legal provisions - in particular Art. 6 section 1 letter b, c and f GDPR and on the basis of consents granted for the purposes of:
a) assistance in legalizing stay and employment in the territory of the Republic of Poland

b) assistance in obtaining a PESEL number and opening a bank account;

c) obtaining an answer to the submitted inquiry/obtaining contact via the contact form,

d) archival. 

2. Categories of data that we process:

To achieve the above purposes, we process the following data:
a) data necessary to assist in the legalization of stay and employment - including: name(s) and surname, family name, parents' names, date of birth, marital status, citizenship, place of birth, place of residence (correspondence address), passport number (passport scan), visa (visa scan), series and number of the Pole's card , PESEL number, employer's details, employer's details, place of work
b) data necessary to help obtain a PESEL number. – among others name(s) and surname, residential address (correspondence address), gender, date of birth, country of birth, country of residence

3. Sources of data acquisition:

All data is obtained in the following way: 

- information provided voluntarily and directly by you (e.g. in the contact form, by exchanging business cards, during a telephone conversation, during the provision of services);
- from publicly available sources, in particular databases and registers: Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), National Court Register (KRS), REGON database;

4. Data recipients:
The recipients of your personal data will also be state authorities within the scope of the tasks they perform.

We reserve the right to disclose selected information about you to competent authorities or third parties who request such information, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law.

5. Transfer of data to a third country/international organization:

Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.

6. Personal data storage period (period for which personal data will be stored and, if this is not possible, criteria for determining this period):

Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to provide the service or until you withdraw your consent.

7. Rights regarding personal data:

You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectify and delete it and the right to limit its processing. In addition, you also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent, the right to transfer data and the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
The above rights may be exercised in the form of, for example, a written declaration.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority competent for personal data protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

8. Automated processing and profiling
Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.

9. Information on the requirement/voluntary nature of providing data:
Providing your data is voluntary, but the consequence is failure to provide the required data. will prevent the service from being provided

10. Changes to the privacy policy

The Privacy Policy is verified on an ongoing basis and updated, if necessary
